Reaching the roof top of a place is having an extraordinary glance of the city. An interior space extend outward in to the exterior. Somewhere to looks at the streets, at the flow of people , at the buildings and at the mountains. This is project starting point. Interpreting in the interior spaces the city view and its panorama. The volume of the restaurant is totally made of glass, amplifying the openness toward the exterior, suggesting a place that faces the square and that is defined only by the shape of the roof itself. The relationship with the existing building, an important episode in the construction of the city in the beginning of the 20th century and a sporadic exploration concerning its height, is solved thanks to the proposal of a brand-new volume with a clean geometry and neutral in the material choice.
