The idea of OFFICITY stems from an analysis of the Hippostalo office building.

The concept is founded on contemporary space flexibility. The building foresees that on each floor there are different activities: an area for the lunch break, for leisure, education, creativity, for sports activities or simply to move between personal or collective work spaces, in order to guarantee the maximum multidisciplinary communication between the various users.

The project structured in this way, in addition to the services and equipment needed to maintain a high level of productivity, offers added value: the opportunity to meet people with whom to network and generate job opportunities and collaboration.

Loro Piana, well-known Italian producer of high-end fabrics, through an invitation-based competition asked the participating studios to create a proposal for a new manufacturing plant and offices. They request to propose an industrial complex with an image suited to the Corporate Brand. “The landscape factory” has the aim of respecting and enhancing the environment with a volume articulation that limits the landscape impact and promotes the application of innovative and sustainable technologies.

The incubator and laboratory project “BROLETTO DELLA INNOVAZIONE and the reorganization of Via Bovio in Novara, propose a new relationship between city, green, urban social life and places of research and work.

The building develops around themes of sustainability of the architecture and the quality of the urban plant, structuring itself into a single new volume that exploits all the allowed height, thus minimizing the consumption of land and the footprint on the ground. The required functions are arranged on three levels plus underground parking.

Crystalline, an office building, is defined by a coating that renews the image of an existing landmark and recalls the effect of the northern lights fragmenting it into hundreds of crystals. This device increases interior lighting and connects users with the context. The offices structured as open spaces are characterized by flexible and reconfigurable modular elements with precise functions requiring privacy. The landscape design project that characterizes is the environment around the building, configuring new spaces for aggregation and mobility paths.

For the international competition for the new BARILLA headquarter DONTSTOP Architettura proposed C.A.M.P.O.: Community Area Mix Pavilion One-off. It is conceived not as an ensemble of promotional functions, it is an interactive functional systems, a real accessible park, attractive and accessible 365 days a year. Therefore, it is not imagined just for the visitors of the plant, or customers and guests of the company, but also for the local community as an HUB of open-air activities, cultural services, leisure and pedagogic activities.

Today, rail travel means undergoing a fluid experience in space and time, in a continuous process from departure to arrival that includes decisions, movement, and the journey time itself. The Casa .italo project is the tangible result of this concept. The physical space is actually constituted of the overall image, the services offered, and the underlying principles. The idea is that all the surfaces visible to travellers in transit are physically transformed into an interactive and communicative interface that defines the interiors within stations.

The project for FC Internazionale’s new offices in Appiano Gentile envisages a new horizontal stripe infill, partly reusing the structures previously in place, and characterizing the prospect with the great team logo. The intervention redefines the double-height space and offers an orderly visual arrangement of the spaces between the ground floor that houses the player lounge area and the first floor dedicated to the offices.

The project for FC Internazionale’s offices is a part of the San Siro stadium renovation program. The space under the seats platform is organized into isolated boxes that contain the private function. This system doesn’t interfere with the perception of this big and bright open space that becomes a meeting area where people can move freely.
