LLAC Living Nature Hotel

LLAC Living Nature Hotel is the perfect place for a quiet retreat on the shores of Garda Lake. Cast on a steep slope surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the volume is fragmented into smaller parts to ensure a constant and ever changing relationship with the landscape throughout the all building. The interiors are carefully designed to be comfortable natural shelters with finishes and materials recalling the surrounding nature: boiseries in pear wood, floors and walls with the shades and textures of the rocky mountains, soft fabrics with the colors of olive trees.

Noi – Libreria spazio culturale di vicinato is a bookshop specializing in illustrated books, for this particular type of book Dontstop has created shelves and mobile bookcases specially designed to best display the covers and make visible the drawings.

DONTSTOP Architettura dealt with the ideation of the brand identity and shop set-up of 3ND clothing chain. The office DONTSTOP followed the client from the development of the concept design to the realization of the stores of this Brand. The layout is characterized by modular metallic structures that can be combined to configure a flexible layout.

The curtains at the top of the exhibitors regulate the functional areas and create a sense of uniformity within the space.

The concepts behind the team’s brandidentity are the protagonists of the hospitality lounge set-up for 2016 which involves in particular the Beneamata Club and Amboriana Club spaces. The international FC identity is manifested in belonging to the team, in colors and elements repeated even contaminating the large photographs of the protagonists of the first team.

The intervention for the apartment  in Piazza Repubblica starts from the owner’s need to have more privacy from the entrance to the sleeping area and the desire to create a walk-in closet.

The rooms involved are the entrance and the hallway of the sleeping area, the bedroom and the children’s little bathroom.

The design in contemporary, with neutral colors and linear forms, while for the children’s bathroom it is more colorful and playful with Fornasetti’s wall coverings.

The redevelopment project of the historic AC Milanello Sports Center begins with the characterization of the main building. The interventions involve reception spaces, service to the first team and those dedicated to guests, thus renewing the identity of one of the most important clubs in the world.

The project represented the first stage of Dontstop architecture consulting for the AC Milan Club.

The volume designed for the Tower building has 15 residential floors, and is based on an architectural concept that involves the overlapping of a series of 16 plateau, almost plan libre. The shape of each single floor changes without compromising the image of the building studied in order to maintain a strong relationship with the external environment and the context. This distributive flexibility is made possible by the most advanced construction technologies and by an integrated design in BIM right from the first stages of project development.

In continuity with the reflections made during the masterplanning phase, concerning the dialogue with the context, the study of the building called Maggiolina Gardens is based on a strategy that involves the decomposition of the volume of the building into smaller buildings and a subsequent overlap to chessboard of the volumes. The final volume of the Gardens is based on a game of double “perceptive” heights that, offset, minimize impact in height, favoring development and horizontal perception.
Different types of cuts of the apartments have been studied according to the needs, this flexibility and the different depth of the loggias extends the living area and generates games of floors and voids on the façade.

The redevelopment of the already existing Hotel Huaxia, located in the Porta Nuova area of Milan, has provided for a drastic intervention to rebuild the facade facing the street including the demolition of the protruding parts and its characterization through a new covering material.

The project intervenes on the architectural layout in order to create a dialogue between the three buildings that make up the parts of the hotel around the inner courtyard.

The project also includes interventions in the parts concerning the rooms and common areas.

The project involves the upgrading of Palazzo Bragadin in Mestre and the subsequent transformation of the building into a Boutique hotel. The Dontstop architettura intervention also includes the design of interior spaces and the choice of all the furnishing elements.
